Guanhua Chen

Guanhua Chen is Associate Professor of Biostatistics and Medical Informatics at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He received his Ph.D. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2014. His research interests include developing statistical learning methods for clinical and biomedical research, with a particular emphasis on the discovery of complex patterns in heterogeneous, high-dimensional-omics data (genome, microbiome) and electronic health record data to advance precision medicine.
