To make an appointment with Dr. Smith, please go to https://calendly.com/maureensmith. This tool is easily accessible from any location and automatically creates appointments in both your own calendar and the calendar of the person with whom you are scheduling. Additional guests can also be invited to the meeting, and the appointment will appear in their calendar as well.
If you are scheduling with Dr. Smith and have not met with her previously, please ensure that you have advance approval to use this calendaring system.
Once the meeting is scheduled, you (or Dr. Smith) can cancel or reschedule the meeting from the appointment on your calendar. You can also add attachments (e.g., meeting agendas) or use any other regular functions of your calendaring system.
