Dr. Amy Kind Invited to Participate on CMS Technical Expert Panel

Dr. Amy Kind has been invited to participate on the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) Technical Expert Panel on re-evaluating hospital-level measures of 30-day post-discharge care transitions for patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI), heart failure (HF), and pneumonia.

This panel will re-evaluate three measures that are currently endorsed by the National Quality Forum (NQF) so that they can be used in the assessment of providing high-value care to Medicare beneficiaries.
