The Wisconsin Collaborative for Healthcare Quality (WCHQ) is a voluntary, non-profit consortium of healthcare provider organizations committed to public reporting in an effort to bring meaning to performance measurement information that improves the quality and affordability of healthcare in Wisconsin, in turn improving the health of individuals and communities. Physician groups, hospitals, and health plans representing 60% of all Wisconsin physicians report on 53 quality metrics through WCHQ, which are made publicly available through the WCHQ website.
